1. General Terms

  1. No Traitor RP reserves the right to change, modify, or update these ToS at any time without prior notice.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or modify our services, or any portion thereof, at any time.
  3. We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.
  4. No Traitor RP is not affiliated with Rockstar, CFX.re or any entity associated with the Grand Theft Auto series.
  5. By using any service offered by No Traitor RP you agree to be bound by these terms of service and any other rules and policies attached herein.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  1. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other players is strictly prohibited.
  3. Exploiting bugs or glitches is not allowed. Report issues immediately to our staff.
  4. You may not claim ownership of any materials from GTA 5 or FiveM.
  5. You must be at least 18 years of age to play on our server.

3. Refund Policy

  1. All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable.
  2. Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our server.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy or reliability of our services.
  2. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  3. No Traitor RP is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

6. Indemnification

  1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Traitor RP and Executive Technology Solutions LLC from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

  1. These ToS are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.

8. Entire Agreement

  1. These ToS, along with our Privacy Policy and Ruleset, constitute the entire agreement between you and No Traitor RP.

9. Account Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
  2. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
  3. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of No Traitor RP, Executive Technology Solutions LLC, or our licensors.
  2. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our express written consent.
